To celebrate their fourth birthday, Dublin pub Mary’s Bar and Hardware Store will be handing out free pints of Guinness.

On Wednesday, June 13, not only will we be celebrating the birth of Irish Nobel Laureate W. B. Yeats but this Wicklow Street favorite will be getting the party started on their fourth birthday festivities with a free pint of Guinness for the first 100 people who step through their door.

From 5pm onwards, take a stroll into Mary’s Bar and Hardware Store and wish them “Happy Birthday, Mary” and you’ll find yourself with a free pint of the black stuff to enjoy.

If you can’t get in fast enough then bar staff will still be on hand to serve up some cheese toasties, as well as some pick n mix sweets.

While relatively new on the scene, Mary’s has already become a firm favorite in Dublin, taking on the old Irish tradition of hardware store turned pub in their decor and standing just a short walk away from the gates of Trinity College Dublin. With live music every Tuesday and Thursday night, it sits right in the heart of Dublin and is a must-see for visitors to the city.
