The Monaco royals were proud as their little ones marked a very special day over the weekend. The palace announced that Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella had made their First Holy Communion.
The 11-year-old twins, who are the late Grace Kelly's grandchildren, smiled as they stood beside each other in matching outfits. The pair celebrated their birthday in December and donned long white floor-length robes and wooden crucifix necklaces.
Gabriella tied her hair back into a bun and wore an elegant satin hairband to keep her 'do neat. The pair posed in front of the Monaco Cathedral.
They stood alongside their proud parents, Prince Albert, 67, and Princess Charlene, 47, who opted to wear muted tones for their kids' big day.
Charlene, who was once an Olympic swimmer for South Africa before marrying Albert, wore a dark button-up, matching her little girl's hairstyle with a low bun, with her long bangs curled into tendrils that framed her face.
Meanwhile, Albert, who has been the monarch of Monaco since 2005, wore a navy suit as he placed a supportive hand on his son's shoulder.

The statement goes on to say that the palace extended its "heartfelt congratulations" to the youngsters who 'received this sacrament with faith and reverence' on Sunday.
Fans of the royals were quick to congratulate the young prince and princess, with one person saying: "Congratulations! I can't believe the twins are this big already.
"Congratulations to TSH Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella! I’m sure their grandmother HSH Princess Grace, a very religious lady, is very proud of them in heaven," another wrote.
