Dining out has never been so cheap. Here are the best spots to hit up in Dublin for dinner.
Long gone are the days when catching up with friends was done by going on a quick walk around the park. Now it’s all meeting up for dinner and drinks. Don't get us wrong, we love living that glam life where we eat out 2-3 times a week but it's just a shame that our alter egos and financial situations don't match. Can you say fur coat no knickers?
That is until now ... we've found nine restaurants in Dublin that do the best food for €20 or under. You're welcome.

Mongolian BBQ truly is a hidden gem. If you're a bit fussy when it comes to what you actually want in a stir-fry, this is your kinda place. You hand pick your meat and vegetables, throw in your spices, herbs and sauces then you just hand it to the grillers and boom, dinner is served. All you can eat dinner buffet: €16.50
Pizza is our permanent and only vibe so you can trust us when we tell you Platform Pizza don't play around. All the pizzas are €15 or under and you have just GOT to try the parmesan fries. Delish.
This is our go-to spot when we want to be our true glam selves. La Cave does any starter and a main course for €18.50. We'll have the baked goat's cheese salad to start, thanks.
You think eating in the heart of temple bar would be a rip-off, right? Wrong. Mexico To Rome, as you can guess by the name serves two of the best cuisines there are: Mexican and Italian. They do an early bird of two courses and a glass of wine for €16.50. Bargain.
Making dinner and drinks actually affordable, have a cocktail menu packed with drinks that'll only set you back a fiver. Their dinner menu is also pretty reasonable too. Top tip: keep your eye out for when Alfies extend their lunch menu to the evening. That's three courses for €10.
Luigi Malones is the place to go if you're dining out with an indecisive bunch. Their menu has everything from roast chicken to pizza to watermelon salad. They also do a tonne of meal deals throughout the week all under €20. Advice: get dessert.
Crackbird recently gave their entire menu a new do and it's seriously giving you bang for your buck. No matter what night of the week it is, Crackbird has some super affordable dishes on offer with their nightly promos. Plus: the chicken wings are actual heaven.
As close to Italy as we're gonna get this year ... and we're okay with that. The pizzas at La Cucina are delicious and you've got to try their meatball linguine. Two courses for €18 or if you're feeling that bit more spendy, it's three courses for €21. Go mad.
Name a more iconic duo than Burger and chips ... we’ll wait. If you haven’t tried Bunsen yet, then you need to get out from under that rock. Bunsen does the best burgers and the best sides and it’ll only set you back a tenner.
