The study found that Manor West Hotel in Tralee, in Co Kerry, Ireland, is the ninth friendliest hotel in all of Europe, with 46.47% of reviewers calling it “friendly.”

The Tralee hotel also ranks as the #1 friendliest in Ireland.

Overlooking the Slieve Mish Mountains, the four-star luxury hotel provides the perfect base for exploring the world-famous Wild AtlanticWay and the stunning scenery of the Dingle Peninsula.

Portugal’s 3HB Clube Humbria and Cyprus’ Avanti Hotel took the top spot as the friendliest hotel in Europe with 52.11 % of "friendly" reviews.

In addition, the family-run Belmore Court & Hotel in Enniskillen in County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland, came in third on the list with 50.5 % of “friendly” reviews. It was also named the #1 friendliest hotel in the UK.

North America’s friendliest hotel is the Summit Lodge Boutique Hotel in Whistler, Canada (47.10%), while the friendliest hotel in the U.S. is The Royal Sonesta Portland Downtown in Oregon (43.57%).

The friendliest hotel in the world is Kombo Beach Hotel in Kotu, Gambia, with 52.74% of reviewers calling it “friendly.”
