Eva Longoria paid homage to Lady Gaga last night at the European MTV awards but the absent pop princess wasnt too impressed with her tribute.
The “Desperate Housewives” star who hosted the award ceremony bounced onto the stage last night in a full ham suit. The 35-year-old star wore 13 different outfits last night during the ceremony in Madrid.
The outfit was intended as an ode to Gaga's famous meat dress but the "Bad Romance" star wasn't happy.
The singer failed to see the funny side though saying: "Why can't she stop stealing my ideas?" according to the Daily Mirror.
A source said: "Gaga didn't find it funny and said that Eva should find her own gimmicks."
Gaga snapped up three MTV gongs for Best Pop, Best Female and Best Song for “Bad Romance”. The pop princess was out of breath when she accepted the awards on stage in Budapest. She thanked her fans and MTV for their support.
She said she was sorry she couldn't be there before signing off: “Thank you but I have to finish my show or they will all slaughter me to death,” the New Yorker joked.
