Jane Swarbrigg, who is a mum to a young son and daughter, is responsible for bringing Inglot to Ireland. The businesswoman was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer in April 2026.
The disease has since spread to her liver and lungs. The Mullingar woman is currently a patient at St James' Hospital in Dublin, but is a candidate for an HAI Pump.
This would need to be inserted by a complex operation, which can be carried out in the United States. The specialized treatment is not available in Ireland.
Jane, who opened the first Irish Inglot store in Liffey Valley Shopping Centre in Dublin in July 2009, also has a young family. She shares her two-year-old daughter Georgia and six-year-old son Jackson with her husband Brian.
The family has set up a GoFundMe to raise money for the expensive medical trip.

Influencer Jennifer Wrynne, who has been vocal about her own battle with cancer, shared her support for Jane. "My heart aches for ©janeswarbrigg and her beautiful family, but knowing her and the incredibly strong woman that she is, she will get through this."
"Jane will be traveling to the USA for specialized treatment, and it's costing so much. Please rally together with me and make this horrendous journey a little more doable for Jane by donating," the influencer penned.
