Guinness and ice cream are the dream team worthy of any dinner party, but can you think of better a Christmas treat

Despite our love for all desserts, the sight of a bowl of Christmas pudding and thick custard after a large and delicious Christmas dinner can seem like a mountain too high for our poor, full stomachs. If you’re looking for a lighter dessert to serve this holiday season, look no further than this dreamy combination of vanilla ice-cream and Guinness. On second thought, forget the holiday season!

This recipe is one you’ll be using throughout the year, from St. Patrick’s Day to the Fourth of July and right back around to Thanksgiving.

Best made using cans of Guinness instead of bottles and easily customizable by adding your own favorite sauces, syrups, and toppings, these creamy, frothy milkshakes turn the Ireland's Guinness into an All-American classic.
