The Kerry GAA player, 26, put in an incredible performance as he led his team to victory in the All-Ireland football final, scoring nine points against Donegal to help his side win with the final score, 1-26 to 0-19.

After the final whistle, David immediately ran to find his three-year-old son Ógie to celebrate as he shared the All-Ireland celebrations with his adorable son.

As the Kerry team lined up to lift the Sam Maguire, Ógie was there with his dad David and his uncle, Paudie Clifford, with the father-and-son duo lifting the cup together.

David also shared the limelight with son Ógie as he did an interview with RTÉ Sport with his son by his side, although little Ógie was too shy to say hello to the camera!

From teaming up to win another All-Ireland for Kerry to settling a few childhood scores along the way, Paudie and David Clifford chat to @MartyMofficial

David shares his son with his partner and childhood sweetheart, Shauna O'Connor, with the couple welcoming their first child in September 2021.

The GAA player previously reflected on how becoming a dad has also changed how he views the sport, saying: "It's a change but it's a massively enjoyable change. My outlook on football has probably changed. It feels like it's everything and we put everything we have into it but look, I think health and family and things like that do probably take more priority."

He added: "Ógie doesn't tend to be too worried about whether we've won or not, so that's a nice thing in fairness."

By the looks of it, if Ógie is anything like his dad, we could see him playing in Croke Park in a green and gold jersey in years to come!
