|Tony Macaulay's "Breadboy"|
The evening will include readings by Macaulay, from his novels "Paperboy" and "Breadboy" followed by a Q&A session.
Tony Macaulay grew up at the top of the Shankill Road in Belfast at the start of 35 years of 'The Troubles' in Northern Ireland. This experience has shaped his life. Tony has spent the past 27 years working to build peace and reconciliation at home and abroad, working with hundreds of youth and community groups to break down barriers of mistrust, hatred and division.
"Paperboy" is Tony Macaulay's bestselling memoir of growing up in west Belfast while "Breadboy" tells the warm, funny and nostalgic story of Tony's years as the breadboy in the Ormo Mini Shop in Belfast from 1977-1979.
