Former One Directioner is taking it easy after surgery but he's clearly keeping an eye on the shocking mass shooting in Pittsburgh and grim news out of America.
Niall Horan is no fan of President Donald Trump, this we know. He’s criticized the Trumpster before on his Twitter feed – Niall’s got nearly 40 million followers – and did so again on Saturday after the latest mass shooting in Pittsburgh.

Trump said it might not have happened if there was an armed guard at the Tree of Life Synagogue, but Niall firmly disagrees.
Trump kept saying in his chat with reporters that if there was an armed guard inside the synagogue that the “numbers” would have been a lot lower . The fact is if there was no guns at all , there wouldn’t have been a shooter in the first place. Get a grip— Niall Horan (@NiallOfficial) October 27, 2018
The tweet got 193,000 likes, far more than any of Trump’s recent rants about the media.
Niall also informed his fans last week that he’s taking a breather due to surgery.
“Just wanted to let you guys know that I’ve had my sinus surgery and recovery is going well. As I said I’ll be laying low for a while but thought you might want to know that part,” he wrote.
Clearly, he’s keeping up with the grim news out of America.
