Multitalented entertainer Carmen Electra will serve as the celebrity grand marshal for the first ever 23rd annual World’s Shortest St. Patrick’s Day Parade® in downtown Hot Springs on March 17, 2026.
“Carmen Electra is a star on many levels, and will fit right in with our great little 98-foot parade as we hit the 23rd year of fun and wackiness,” Visit Hot Springs CEO and Parade founder Stever Arrison said.
“We look forward to having her meet our 30,000 passionate parade fans on March 17.”
Electra is an actress, model, singer, entrepreneur and television personality whose career has spanned music, film, fashion, and beauty for over three decades. She became a household name through MTV’S hit show “Singled Out,” her role as Lani McKenzie on “Baywatch,” which helped cement her status as one of the most recognizable pop culture figures of her era.
Building on her early success, Electra established herself as a versatile entertainer, appearing in a string of hit comedies including “Scary Movie,” “Starsky & Hutch,” “Date Movie,” “Epic Movie,” “Meet the Spartans” and “Disaster Movie.” Her charisma, humor and ability to playfully embrace her public persona made her a beloved figure in both film and television.
Recently, Electra has continued to reinvent herself across multiple industries. She most recently starred in Kid Laroi's "She Don't Need to Know" music video as well as Amber Mark and Anderson Paak's music video for their song "Don't Remind Me." She reprised her role as Roxanne in “Good Burger 2,” starred in major campaigns for SKIMS with Jenny McCarthy and the clothing brand I.AM.GIA. Earlier this year, she launched ELECTRA Skincare, a skincare line inspired by her lifelong passion for self-care and empowerment. The brand reflects her signature confidence and timeless glamor, focusing on clean, effective skincare that helps users feel their best.
Electra will join the previously announced Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders in the parade March 17. The Cheerleaders will be returning to Hot Springs for the 12th time since 2013.
The parade celebration will begin Tuesday evening, March 17.

It began in 2003 when Arrison and some friends sharing an adult beverage in an establishment adjacent to 98-foot Bridge Street came up with the idea of using the street as the location for some fun. Bridge Street was named by Ripley’s Believe It or Not as the world’s shortest street in everyday use. The parade swiftly gained attention around the globe for the hilarious premise that gave birth to its annual aura of spectacular hilarity. Upwards of 30,000 people are expected to gather in downtown Hot Springs for the 2026 parade.
It annually features a lineup of outrageous wackiness that includes a troupe of Marching Irish Elvis Impersonators, the World’s Largest Leprechaun, zany floats and marching units, plus a surprise or two.
