Guinness 232°C (which takes its name from the precise temperature that Guinness brews its barley) will bring some of the best chefs in Ireland to cook in some of Dublin's trendiest pubs, creating one-off menus curated by food expert Ali Dunworth.

Chefs from Bia Rebel, Grálinn, and La Cocina Cuevas will be cooking at Dublin locations Bonobo, Jam Park, and The Bernard Shaw during late September early October.

The special menus will feature, as Guinness says, “the very best Irish beef, chicken, and pork cooked over fire."

David Kitt, Sally Cinnamon, and Sim Simma’s reggae style will complete the line-up with an eclectic program of live music and entertainment.

The best part of the new Guinness festival? Tickets are only €10 and include a complimentary pint of Guinness or nonalcoholic beverage as well as two signature dishes.
