Susan Boyle will break her silence with an interview on the "Today Show" with Meredith Viera.
Boyle has not spoken out since the conclusion of the "Britain's Got Talent" competition on May 30th.
Viera's exclusive interview with the Scottish singing phenomenon Susan Boyle is set to air on Wednesday, July 22.
The interview will air on the morning show with a longer version airing later that night as part of a special edition of “America's Got Talent” (9-10 p.m. ET), the American version of “Britain's Got Talent.”
In the interview, dressed in a purple V-neck dress and wearing a brooch, Susan says she has had a "slight makeover" after Viera remarks on how well she looks.
She is expected to discuss her new album, now expected to be released around Christmas, an upcoming American tour which sources say will happen right after her album drops.
Boyle will also talk about her unlikely rise to fame and the incredible pressure she faced once the worldwide reaction to her first appearance on "BGT" took place.
She may also discuss her deep religious faith and the personal meaning of the music she sings, as well as what has been happening in her private life since she became famous.
Boyle, who once joked that she had "never been kissed," has been linked to several men including "BGT" judge Piers Morgan
Meanwhile, the British host of the U.S. show "I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!" has discussed the incredible reaction to Boyle she witnessed during a recent visit to America. Myleene Klass has said that she has now truly experienced "Boylemania."
The 31-year-old, who is now one of the hottest TV presenters in America after hosting "I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!," told New! magazine that she was mobbed by fans of the "Britain's Got Talent" star.
She told New! magazine that, "It's not until you go there and see it for yourself that you realize she's a phenomenon.
"No wonder she felt the pressure. Who wouldn't? But she is stellar.
"Everywhere I went in L.A., even when I went to the jungle(for the show) , all the contestants would ask me about Susan Boyle. ‘Do you know Susan Boyle’ they'd say."
