Netflix confirmed the exciting new additions on Tuesday, with the actors joining a strong new line-up alongside leads Andrew Scott and Emily Blunt.
New additions include Mark Stanley, Ruth Bradley, Carrie Crowley, Naoise Dunbar, Jane Brennan, and Bríd Brennan.
They join a previously announced cast that also features Ciarán Hinds, recently honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the IFTAs, and Tom Cullen.
Blunt is also producing the project through her company, Ledbury Productions.
Filming is currently underway in Ireland, with Crowley directing and acclaimed playwright and filmmaker Conor McPherson adapting the screenplay.
The film is based on "Walk the Blue Fields", a short story by celebrated Irish author Claire Keegan, continuing the wave of high-profile screen adaptations of her work.
Production comes from Denis O’Sullivan and Jeff Kalligheri for Compelling Pictures, alongside Ed Guiney and Andrew Lowe of Element Pictures.
According to the early synopsis, "Walk the Blue Fields" follows a bride whose wedding day takes an unexpected turn when a past love triangle resurfaces, forcing her to confront a life-changing decision.
