From the stars of "House of Guinness" to Netflix's "How to Get to Heaven From Belfast", it's not hard to predict the host of talent that will be in attendance at the Dublin Royal Convention Centre on Friday, February 20.
As we all know, more than a few Irish stars are taking the world by storm overseas, and we're delighted to confirm that some of them will be gracing us with their presence on Friday night.
Cillian Murphy, nominated in the Lead Actor category for his role in "Steve", will travel to Dublin for the annual awards ceremony. He picked up the same award at the 2025 IFTAs for his role in "Small Things Like These".

Jessie Buckley, who is nominated for Lead Actress for her role in "Hamnet", will also be on the red carpet, and we're very excited to catch up with her ahead of the Oscars next month.
There's a very good chance Jessie will scoop the award, but she has strong competition in Carrie Crowley ("Aontas"), Carolyn Bracken ("Horseshoe"), Fionnuala Flanagan ("Four Mothers"), Fiona Shaw ("Hot Milk"), and Eleanor O'Brien ("Báite").
According to our sources, the cast of Netflix's "Wednesday", which was filmed in Ireland, will also attend the 2026 IFTAs.

"Traitors" host Siobhán McSweeney will be there, loud and proud, and she'll reunite with her "Derry Girls" pal Lisa McGee, whose new show "How to Get to Heaven From Belfast" recently joined Netflix.

We believe there's a question mark over the attendance of Supporting Actor (Film) nominees Andrew Scott and Paul Mescal.
We'd like to believe that Colin Farrell will show up on Friday (and everyone will swoon). He's up against Cillian Murphy for Lead Actor (Film) for his role in "Ballad of a Small Player".

We're also keeping our fingers crossed that Kerry Condon, who has secured two nominations for Supporting Actress (Film), will turn up in Dublin.
"The Walsh Sisters", "Trespasses", "MobLand", and "The Paper" have also secured some nominations, so perhaps we'll see the likes of Pierce Brosnan and Domhnall Gleeson at the event. Stay tuned!
