According to a listing on Realtor.com, the Irish actor sold the stunning property for $1,300,000 in December, which was less than his initial asking price of $1,495,000.

The Los Angeles home is nestled in what appears to be a relatively residential area but is protected by tall hedges at the perimeter, granting the new owners a degree of privacy.

Inside the perimeter, however, the new homeowners will be treated to stunning views into the canyon from the three-story, 5 bedroom home, as well as outdoor space in the home’s beautiful, multitiered backyard.

Realtor.com, who notes that the property is owned by a trust tied to Farrell, says the home “offers excellent bones and fine historic features” including leaded glass windows, a coved, high-ceilinged living room with a wood-burning fireplace, and a quaint study alcove.

"There are two bedrooms that could be used as a master; one on the upper level with the balcony, and another that has a fireplace on the garden level. There's also a first-floor bedroom with a separate entrance, which could be used as an au pair suite.

The new owner of the Los Angeles property can take advantage of the plenty of balconies and decks that look perfect for spending time outside, including one off the formal dining room for al fresco dining and another in one of the master suites.

Todd Goddard and Clinton Wade of Clinton and Todd Team were the listing agents. Arvin Haddadzadeh of the Agency represented the buyer.
