Traffic stopped by a pooping dog is one of the funniest things we've seen on Irish roads.

What does an Irish traffic jam look like? Well, in Ireland, there are plenty of times, especially in the west of the country, where you may find a herd of sheep or some cattle holding up the way (as can be seen in this hilarious video from Achill Island) but it was man's best friend causing the holdup on this occasion.

The video below was taken in Ennis, Co Clare, and shows the poor pup simply unable to wait until he reached the other side of the road, causing the oncoming cars to have to pull the brakes and wait until he'd finished up. Such was the scene that even cars on the other side of the road stopped to have a look. Have they never heard of a dog's privacy!

Fortunately, the dog seemed completely unfazed by the fact that he was holding the cars up and went on his merry way once he'd relieved himself.
