Notre Dame boss Brian Kelly has already impressed Fighting Irish fans with an impressive preseason recruiting campaign with the coach landing an impressive four key commitments to help strengthen the team in the upcoming season.

The two biggest commitments came from four-star running back Justice Hayes of Grand Blanc, Mich., and four-star defensive end Aaron Lynch of Cape Coral, Fla.

And fans are already gunning for the start of the college football preseason to see how the new team gels together.

Influential sporting site rivals.com coniders Hayes to be the best running back in the country, while the other key commitments are also of all-star status.

Anthony Rabasa and defensive back Jalen Brown also announced their intentions to sign with the Irish, making it an extremely impressive few days for the Fighting Irish coach’s  recruiting efforts.

The commitments were made verbally, according to reports.

Aaron Lynch was added earlier in order to fortify the defensive line. Notre Dame fans had been eagerly awaiting a recruitment drive at the college side for a long time and are said to be over the moon at the prospect of seeing the new team in action, under Kelly’s leadership.
