London have been rewarded for their Connacht chapionship efforts this season with a game on the biggest stage of all next Saturday – Croke Park.

Fresh from their heavy defeat to London in the provincial final last Sunday, the Exiles will play Cavan at 3pm in the opening game of an All-Ireland qualifier triple header at headquarters.

Galway meet Cork in the second match at 5pm with Meath set to take on Tyrone in the clash of the weekend at 7pm.

All-Ireland champions Donegal must regroup quickly for their qualifier when they will travel to Carrick-on-Shannon in Leitrim for a game against Laois.

Donegal captain Michael Murphy is adamant that his side can bounce back from Sunday’s shock defeat to Monaghan in the Ulster final in Clones.

Murphy declared: “What happened, happened. It is all about regrouping for us now.

“We win together and we lose together and we’ll take this on the chin. We’re hurting.

“We’ve come a hell of a long way in the last three years, and we’re not about to stop now.”

Mark McHugh is set to miss the Laois match for Donegal with concussion while Tyrone are likely to be without

defender Cathal McCarron for the Meath game.
