It's easy to fill up your November calendar with these popular events at the Irish Cultural Centre of New England:
-Joshua Tree, "the Nation's Premier Tribute to U2" returns to ICC by popular demand, Friday, November 2nd 8 p.m. Tickets $15 per person. Fans rave over the band's command of the stage as it reproduces U2 music with accuracy, intensity and incredible sound.
-'Tis the Season Holiday Marketplace: Saturday, November 3rd 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. for friends and families wishing to find a perfect Irish gift, craft or work of art for loved ones. Admission is free. Refreshments will be sold. All shoppers welcome.
-Irish Mass & Breakfast, Sunday, November 4th at 11 a.m. Breakfast following Mass for a charge of $12 for adults; $5 for ages 4 to 12; and children age 3 and under for free.
-ICC Annual Members?Business Meeting, Monday, November 5th 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. for Lifetime members and current Annual members. Complimentary dessert and coffee will be served.
-Irish Ballads: A Musical Perspective with Presentation and Performance by Maureen McNally, Saturday, November 10th at 7 p.m.
-ICC Canton Céilí, Sunday, November 11th from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. $10 per person. Enjoy traditional dances and live Irish music. No partners necessary.
-ICC History Lecture: "The Irish Fight for Freedom: 1919-1921," Friday, November 16th 8 p.m. presented by Professor William Matthews of University of Massachusetts, Amherst. $10 general admission per person; $5 for ICC members with membership card. Enjoy dinner in the Pub before the lecture.
