St. Patrick’s Celebrations at the IPC
Over twenty folks from the IPC joined a large crown at Holy Cross cathedral in the South End on Sunday, to celebrate Saint Patrick. Bishop Daly led the celebrations in the absence of Cardinal O’ Malley. Wonderful hymns, prayers as gealige and plenty of shamrock ensured it was a great morning. Many thanks to all who joined us!
Luncheon at the ICCNE
A full house at the ICCNE, in Canton highlighted the end of a great month of Patrick’s Day celebrations. It was great to see so many people back and some new faces also! Fintan Stanley kept everyone moving on the dance floor, many thanks to Fintan and we look forward to welcoming him back again soon! Huge thanks to all our great volunteers, who as usual made the event such a success. They are a truly wonderful bunch!

Honoring our volunteers
On Saturday, May 18th in the Irish Social Club, the IPC will gather to honor just some of our wonderful volunteers. The success of the IPC to date is very much, because of the endless and heartfelt work of so many volunteers. On May 18th, we will honor Mai Gallagher, Mary Gardiner and Angela Durkin. These ladies are a wonderful symbol of what the IPC hopes to be. This evening is one small way of thanking them and the many others like them! For information or tickets on the event contact Fr. John 617.265.5300.
Volunteers are the only human beings on the face of the earth who reflect this nation's compassion, unselfish caring, patience, and just plain loving one another. ~ Erma Bombeck.
