Irish star of "Outlander" Caitriona Balfe tells all about 4th series of the hit Starz series set set between World War II and the 18th century.

"Outlander", the popular Starz series starring Irish actress Caitriona Balfe, returns for its fourth season on November 4.  The time traveling drama set between World War II and the 18th century will carry on telling the love story between Balfe’s character, nurse Claire Randall, and Scottish Highlander Jamie.

“It's a more mature relationship,” Caitriona recently told Entertainment Tonight.  “I think there's a deeper love there. It may not be the kind of on-the-surface passion that you have when you're first falling in love, but the passion runs deeper. They’re just a really solid team this season, which I think is really nice for us to be able to play.”

No doubt we’ll be hearing plenty more from Caitriona as the premiere date nears. In the meantime, she’s a regular tweeter and hasn’t been shy about showing her support for the #MeToo and Time’s Up movements.  Her re-tweets include those favoring Brett Kavanaugh accuser Christine Blasey Ford, and Congressman Beto O’Rourke, who is challenging Senator Ted Cruz for his Texas seat in November.
