The Emerald Isle Immigration Center hosted its 15th annual Briscoe Awards last week at the 21 Club. The awards honor Jewish leaders for their work in bettering the lives of Irish immigrants. This year's honorees were Queens District Attorney Richard A. Brown, and attorney Jordan Ziegler.
