Your walking tour will be led by Arran Henderson of Dublin Decoded, who has designed and led Dublin City walking tours for the Irish Georgian Society since 2016.
During the course of the 18th century, Dublin was transformed from a medieval town into one of the finest Georgian cities in Europe. The Georgian style played a crucial role in shaping Dublin's cultural identity, representing a period of prosperity and architectural refinement.

You will visit some of the most notable examples of Dublin's Georgian architecture, including Stephen's Green, Merrion Square, Trinity College, and Leinster House, to name a few.
The tour will be followed by lunch at the Merion Hotel, a five-star luxury Georgian hotel steeped in history. Set in the heart of Dublin, the Merrion is comprised of four meticulously restored Georgian townhouses, and a specially commissioned contemporary Garden Wing is arranged around two private period gardens.
