Take your Irish coffee up a few notches with this delicious new take on the classic Irish coffee recipe from Jack McGarry of The Dead Rabbit in New York City.
DEAD RABBIT COFFEE
- 1 part Slane Irish Whiskey
- 1 part Irish Cream Liqueur
- 1 part Port
- 1/2 part Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg
- 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a small, chilled wine goblet. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
