Here’s how to make the special St. Patrick’s Day green cocktails:

The She-lei-lei

2 oz Knappogue Castle 12 Year Single Malt Irish Whiskey

3 oz Vita Coco Coconut Water

.5 oz Rich cane sugar syrup (2 parts sugar to 1 part water)

.25 tsp Matcha tea

 Garnish: Grated cinnamon and a cinnamon stick


Add all the ingredients to a shaker (add the tea last) and shake for 10 seconds without ice.

Add ice and shake again.

Strain into a rocks glass and fill with fresh ice.

Garnish with fresh cinnamon and place a cinnamon stick across the top.
