Saoirse Ronan made a patriotic sartorial statement tonight at the Spirit Awards with her appropriately hued Prada mini-dress.

The Carlow native is nominated for Best Female Lead at the 33rd annual Spirit Awards.

Thanks to her A-list powerhouse stylist Elizabeth Saltzman, an alum of Vogue and Vanity Fair, Ronan's red carpet looks are going from strength to strength.

For this occasion, Saltzman opted to dress the Oscar contender in an embellished Prada frock, complete with minimalist gold ankle strap stilettos.

(Tri-color reference, anyone?)

The eclectic look was paired nicely with fanned Piaget earrings and a Baroque-style gold arm cuff, which complimented her alabaster skin tone.

It is the first time we have seen the starlet wearing such a patriotic shade since she famously wore a plunging emerald green Calvin Klein sequined number as she vied for Oscar glory in 2016.

All eyes will be on the 23-year-old star of "Ladybird" as attends the Academy Awards tomorrow night as a third-time nominee for the Best Actress accolade.
