Irish thriller hero Liam Neeson is back with a new role.

Fans of "Taken" and "The Commuter" will be pleased to get a sneak peek of Neeson's latest movie, "Cold Pursuit".

In typical Neeson fashion, the film centers around the theme of revenge. This time, Neeson is hell bent that the person who killed his son gets comeuppance.

Neeson's new character is a snow-plougher in the Rocky Mountains in pursuit of gangsters.

The chilling flick directed by Hans Petter Moland is based on a dark Scandinavian thriller called "In Order Of Disappearance".

Neeson is joined by a star studded cast of acclaimed actors including Laura Dern, Emmy Rossum, William Forsythe, and Tom Bateman.

The Lionsgate movie is due to hit theaters in February 2019.

Neeson (66) is also set to appear in "The Ballad of Buster Scruggs", a six-part Western anthology film by Ethan and Joel Coen.

Brendan Gleeson will also star in the Netflix project.
