The Scottish singer-songwriter made his triumphant return to the music world last month as he took to the stage at Glastonbury.

Since his return, Lewis released a new single, Survive, and has also announced a UK and Irish tour.

The musicians spent some time on the Connemara Lady over the weekend as they took a boat tour with Killary Fjord boat tours.

The tour company took to social media to share snaps of the day, with staff members getting in for selfies with both Lewis and Grian.

"Even celebrities can’t resist these views!" they captioned the snaps, "Yesterday we welcomed the legendary Lewis Capaldi and Fontaines D.C. aboard, soaking up the magic of Killary Fjord."

They followed up with another picture of the musicians alongside other boat goers in front of the boat and a stunning view.

"After all the excitement of having Lewis Capaldi and Fontaines DC aboard this weekend, here’s the money shot, as captured by crew member Sinead, of the whole gang posing with the true star of Killary Fjord… our beautiful Connemara Lady!"

It comes as Lewis made his return to the music industry last month after taking a break two years ago.

The singer announced a break from touring ‘for the foreseeable future’ as he adjusted to living with Tourette's.

Just days after his comeback, the 28-year-old joked that it was "about time I got back to work" and announced he was going on tour in September.

The tour kicks off on Sunday, September 7 in Sheffield with Lewis going to Aberdeen, Glasgow, London, Manchester, Birmingham, Nottingham and Cardiff before finishing up in Ireland.

Lewis will perform at the 3Arena in Dublin on Monday, September 29 with fans taking to the comments to express their delight.
