Actress Anna Friel’s nude scene in the West End production of “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” is causing quite a stir.

Naked photos of the Irish-English performer, 33, who stars alongside Colin Farrell in the upcoming “London Boulevard,” have surfaced on the web after she was secretly photographed during a preview performance of the show.

Now theatre staff has been ordered to confiscate cell phones from audience members who attempt to take pictures of the star.

The actress, whose father, Des, is Irish, takes it all off for her role as Holly Golightly in “Breakfast at Tiffany’s,” a play based on the 1958 novella by Truman Capote. The West End production is far racier than the Hollywood adaptation starring Audrey Hepburn.

The show opened on Tuesday night at the Theatre Royal Haymarket, where the audience was met with stern instructions not to use phones to take pictures or video.

A source told the Irish Independent: "Front of house staff have been put on alert to spot mobile phones because of Anna's nudity. This is a serious production and they don't want the naked scenes to be the only talking point."

Friel, who’s famous in the U.S. for her starring role in the critically acclaimed (but cancelled) TV show “Pushing Daisies,” is a blonde in the London adaptation of “Breakfast at Tiffany’s,” which attempts to stay true to Capote’s vision.

Capote hated the 1961 Hollywood film, and disliked Hepburn as the star, preferring Marilyn Monroe to have played the role.

Tough shoes to fill for Friel, but this English-Irish acting heavyweight can certainly handle it, and her performance has already been met with rave reviews.
