Guaranteed Irish has entered into a new partnership with daa, the operator of Dublin Airport, to promote Irish businesses across some of the airport’s most prominent advertising spaces.

The collaboration gives Guaranteed Irish members exclusive access to premium digital platforms, including AerPods – dynamic, high-visibility screens located throughout Dublin Airport’s terminals.

The deal aims to connect Irish brands with millions of passengers passing through the airport every year, from both domestic and international markets.

Guaranteed Irish has already begun featuring its own brand messaging across AerPods and is collaborating with members on joint campaigns.

One recent example saw Kerry Dairy Ireland team up with the organisation to highlight its Irish roots and products.

The campaign targeted travellers returning home, encouraging them to “pick up their favourite butter and cheese products” while also sharing the brand’s story with an international audience.

The move comes amid strong consumer recognition of the Guaranteed Irish symbol.

According to the organisation, three in four member businesses have seen financial benefits from displaying the distinctive ‘G’ logo, while 88% of Irish consumers say they associate the mark with supporting local jobs.

Sinead Mitchell, Head of Sales & Marketing at Guaranteed Irish, said: "Our partnership with daa is an exciting step forward for Guaranteed Irish and our members.

“With the huge annual footfall through Dublin Airport, this collaboration allows us to showcase the strength of Irish brands on a global stage.

"By co-branding AerPod campaigns, our members can amplify their messaging while harnessing the proven power of the ‘G’ symbol to connect with consumers."

Leonard Miller, Head of Dublin Airport Media Sales, added: “We’re proud to partner with Guaranteed Irish to showcase the strength of businesses based in Ireland in such a high-impact environment.

“Dublin Airport offers a unique platform to connect with millions of passengers, and through dynamic formats like our digital AerPods, we’re helping amplify the stories and values behind these homegrown brands.”

Michelle Daly Lennon, Marketing Manager at Kerry Dairy Ireland, said the partnership was a “natural fit” for the brand: "Partnering with Guaranteed Irish on this airport initiative was a natural fit for us as the number one in our category, Ireland’s favourite butter spread.

"We had the opportunity to share our story with thousands of travellers and remind them to purchase the taste of home again as they arrive in Dublin.

“The collaboration demonstrates the strength of the Guaranteed Irish community and the positive impact we can have when we work together to champion Irish businesses and brands.”
