Susan Boyle is poised to make her American debut tonight on "America's Got Talent" if she can make it past the media onslaught against her.
I've lost count of the blog posts and so-called news items which are trying to shake her confidence before her big night.
There's not an ounce of proof but the tabloid hounds are barking "Susan's not well," "Susan's a no-show," "Susan crys over her breakfast," to anyone who will listen.
Out in Los Angeles, where Susan is staying at the Bel Air, the paparazzi are crashing into each other in their haste to get a shot of Susan looking "fragile."
One site even goes as far as saying that that Susan looked "disorientated" as she sat down for breakfast.
Frankly, I'm not surprised. I get disoriented even thinking about navigating those mammoth hotel buffets.
They then back this ludicrous assertion up by saying that "she alone at a booth holding her head in her hands and looking like she was about to cry at times.
"She perked up however when a waitress went over to speak with her before bringing her a light breakfast."
This is total rubbish arrant nonsense.
Any of us could appear "fragile" if a photographer caught us at the wrong moment and the snappers are camped right outside her hotel.
I bet you even Megan Fox or Angelina Jolie could look bad if they were caught off-guard.
Well, I'm not looking at their pictures and I'm not listening.
The only thing I'm going to be listening to tonight is Susan on "America's Got Talent."
I'm looking forward to seeing her blow all those manufactured artists off the stage.
You go Susan!
