Aston Villa came from two goals behind to draw 3-3 in a thrilling game against Everton.

Goals from Marouane Fellaini, Tim Cahill and Steven Pienaar put Everton 3-1 up with half an hour remaining, but John Carew, James Milner and Gareth Barry ensured Villa avoided a fifth straight defeat.

Martin O’Neill's side are now without a win in ten games, and have taken just three points from 30 available, but they retained their fifth place and remain a point above their visitors in sixth.

In the late game on Sunday, Fulham came back from behind to record a 3-1 victory over Manchester City at the City of Manchester Stadium.

City took the lead through a deflected Stephen Ireland effort with 28 minutes played, but Fulham produced an excellent second half showing as a double from Clint Dempsey and a fine Dickson Etuhu strike put them into eighth place in the table.
