There will be blood, sweat and plenty of tears on the final day of the Premier League season this Sunday.

Middlesbrough head to West Ham as Gareth Southgate's side look to pull off the greatest of escapes with the entire North East region preparing for a period of mourning.

Newcastle United need to get a result at Aston Villa and hope it is better than Hull City's at home to champions Manchester United. Sunderland can still get sucked into the vortex if they fail to beat Chelsea at The Stadium of the Light.

Tottenham still have designs on a Europa League place and head to Liverpool. However, Fulham are favorites to clinch a European spot as they entertain FA Cup finalists Everton.

Elsewhere, Arsenal meet Stoke City, Blackburn Rovers take on relegated West Brom, Manchester City clash with Bolton Wanderers and Wigan Athletic take on Portsmouth.

Two teams will join West Brom in The Championship next season and the drama will run all the way through to the final whistle.
