Paddy Saul

Since his debut release One Town Tasted, Irish man Paddy Saul has become a well known talent in the Boston music scene. Returning with his sophomore release The Way the Blood Flows, Paddy’s stock has risen further.

Over the past few years, Paddy has gigged extensively in the Boston area as well as back home in Ireland. Having shared stages with renowned artists such as Bell X1, Juliette Turner and Mundy, Paddy’s experience shines through on his latest album. Produced by Grammy award-winning Ducky Carlisle, The Way the Blood Flows is a heart-warming and uplifting album which echoes his Irish roots as well as his experiences in Boston.

Featuring tracks such as Peeled on You, Hazel and Beantown, Paddy showcases his signature strumming and unique voice backed beautifully with mandolin, piano and fiddle. The highlight of the album is the track Rock and Roll which features the legendary Liam O’Maonlaí of the Hothouse Flowers providing a flourish to an already excellent collection of songs.

On Friday March 15, Paddy will be performing tracks from his new album at The Sinclair in Cambridge. Located at 52 Church Street at the heart of Harvard Square, The Sinclair is a music venue and restaurant which possesses timeless American influences and embodies how the worlds of food and music influence each other. Paddy will be joined by Will Dailey Band and power duo Bow Thayer & Jeff Berlin for what should be an unforgettable night.
