Thousands of Irish lined up to see a replica of Kate Midddleton’s weddiing dress in a Belfast shopping mall over the weekend.
Shoppers at Belfast's Victoria Square complex flocked to view a copy of the already famous dress on Saturday, only one day after the wedding.
The replica was made by local designer Mary-Rose McGrath.
"It was a joint effort," she told UTV. "I've a really brilliant team and we all got together yesterday, sat down and the minute Kate stepped out we were sketching, starting to cut fabrics, it was all go.
"I thought she was absolutely magnificent, such a beautiful girl and a fantastic style, timeless, elegant and everything a princess should be."
Also on display are copies of the bridesmaids' dresses and a replica of her tiara made by designer Lauren Fiona Rankin from Coleraine.
The royal wedding was cause for big celebrations across Northern Ireland, with street parties held to mark the occasion on Friday.
Now that Will and Kate hold the titles of Baron and Baronness Carrickergus, speculation is afoot that the royal couple could soon visit the Co Antrim town.
Royal watchers waited for months in anticipation to see the dress Kate Middleton would be wearing when she walked down the aisle to wed her prince.
Her gown of choice turned out to be a beautiful ivory gown with lace applique floral detail designed by Sarah Burton at Alexander McQueen, and it didn't take long for the replicas to appear.
