The former Washington home of Edward ‘Ted’ Kennedy is up for sale, priced at $7.9 million, according to media reports.
Ted and his wife Victoria bought the D.C. house for $2.78 million in 1998.
The Massachusetts Democrat died in August last year at age 77 after battling brain cancer.
Built in 1926, the six-bedroom, Colonial-style home is in Kalorama in the city's northwest section. The home is 8,900-square-feet.
The sale is being managed through realtors TTR Sotheby's International Realty.
