An online campaign to curb excessive inebriation and drink driving around St. Patrick’s Day invites revelers to log on and receive a personalized Drinking Report, allowing those consuming alcohol to calculate exactly how the booze affects their system.

BuzzCheck’s The Drinking Report helps drinkers understand their specific drinking levels based on their favorite drink. One of the easiest, quickest and most accurate ways to figure out blood alcohol content (BAC) percentages on one of the most dangerous drinking days of the year.

The point is to help drinkers understand their drinking levels so that they can make better informed decisions.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reports that over 700 people were killed nationwide in crashes involving drunk drivers during St Patrick's Day holidays from 2006 to 2010. BuzzCheck also points out that on average, a Driving Under the Influence (DUI) charge costs $10,000 to resolve.

They advise those out partying to plan ahead, designate a driver or organize taxis in advance.

BuzzCheck’s report has just recently been made available to the drinking population. It is proving to be one of the easiest, quickest, and most cost effective tools in the market to get the most accurate results.

In addition to the report, drinkers can also gain access to a BAC Calculator. The BAC Calculator is an online tool where the drinker can run a variety of calculations with different drinks, input time, run real-time or just play around with it.

Both the report and calculator are based on proprietary formulas created by CG Labs. These formulas have been used in US Courts to defend or prosecute DUI offenses for over ten years. CG Labs is ISO 17025 Certified for the analysis of alcohol and blood.
