Dear reader,

Following the deaths of Brother Patrick, Director, two nuns, and the priest chaplain, the Catholic Hospital in Monrovia is being opened section by section.

The SMA Fathers have worked in Liberia for over one hundred years. In light of this terrible crisis in West Africa, we would like to provide help to the new leadership team at St. Joseph's Catholic Hospital.

Destroyed equipment needs to be replaced, essential medications and medical supplies must be replenished and generators for light and refrigeration need to be fueled. In addition, patients need to be fed and staff must be paid.

We would deeply appreciate your contributions to support these brave and dedicated people in the Ebola-ravished country. Funds will be sent directly to the Catholic Mission in Liberia.

Checks may be made out to "SMA Fathers." Please write "LiberiaJl in the lower left-hand corner.

Please pray, pray, pray that a cure may soon be found for this insidious disease.

Many Blessings,

Father Brendan Darcy
