The Irish Film Festival, Boston has announced that BA Events Promotions - Rás na hÉireann U.S.A. 5Km "The Race of Ireland & U.S.A. 5Km" will be the premiere sponsor of their 15th annual Irish Film Festival which will take place March 19th to 22nd, 2015 in Somerville, MA.
For 2015, the Irish Film Festival will host approximately forty films and will screen entirely at the historic Somerville Theater in Davis Square. It will also host Q&A’s with visiting Irish filmmakers and of course parties.
“We are very fortunate to yet again have the backing of BA event Promotions,” says festival Director, Dawn Morrissey. She goes on to say, “ Seeing the Rás na hÉireann takes place in Davis Square on Sunday March 15th, just before our festival, it makes it a perfect pairing. We aim to support each other’s efforts with promotion and attendance”.
