Will Ireland have another fantastic summer in 2019? Old Moore's Almanac seems to think so. 

Old Moore's Almanac 2019 is here and it has some pretty interesting predictions for the Irish in the coming year. 

If you didn't fancy having a vacation abroad next year, no need to fret because the weather this summer is supposed to be just an incredible as it was in 2018, giving us a summer heatwave we won't know what to do with. 

International rugby success is also on the cards with Ireland predicted to go all the way in the Rugby World Cup at the start of the year. 

Yet more wins are predicted for the Dublin senior football team, who the almanac states will win their fifth All-Ireland in a row. In the hurling championship, Tipperary is expected to bring home Liam McCarthy while the Mayo women will take the women's football championship.

Across the sea and there is plenty of excitement mounting to see the gender of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's first child. Old Moore's Almanac is predicting that it will be a girl while also predicting that the couple will be expecting a second child soon after the giving birth to their first child.
