Mackenzie’s, a relaxed and beautifully laid out restaurant opens its doors in Dublin’s Silicon Docks.

Serving a diverse menu of American inspired classics for lunch and dinner and brunch on the weekends, it is the ideal destination to spend time with friends and family over a delicious meal.

Mackenzie’s is a casual dining experience. The menu consists of starters perfect for sharing, including charred globe artichokes – pull off the leaves and dip into our tasty homemade ranch dipping sauce and artichoke, cream cheese, and spinach dip served with warm corn tortilla chips, as well as a selection of simple sushi and sashimi plates.

Mains include a range of wood-fired pizzas, cheeseburgers, sandwiches, and salads. A selection of steaks and a daily market fish will be cooked to perfection over the open wood-fired grill. It’s worth saving room for dessert at Mackenzie’s, with a mouth-watering selection of hearty and comforting options, like our household favourite oven-baked chocolate and gingerbread cookie skillet, served hot with a dollop of bourbon vanilla ice-cream, our honey cake ice-cream sundae with vanilla lemon cream and honeycomb crunch and our banana and dulce de leche layer cake, a delicious end to any meal!

This is a no-frills menu that is big on taste, designed to be enjoyed with groups of family and friends, big or small. Mackenzie’s will be managed by Fatima Villanos and the kitchen team is headed up by Christopher Charles Cooper.

The drinks menu is as diverse as the food, with a range of creative cocktails and a wine list created by our in-house team. The wine list features wines from Japan, China, and Brazil, along with a selection of vegan options available on tap.

Located on the Grand Canal Basin which connects the River Liffey and the Grand Canal, the dining room features an upturned rowing boat on the ceiling, giving a nod to its location between these two iconic bodies of water. An open kitchen adorns the back wall of the restaurant, featuring a copper wood-fired pizza oven, adding a touch of theatre to the room and a south-facing outdoor terrace overlooking the Grand Canal - perfect for an after-work drink or weekend brunch.

With the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre a stone’s throw from the restaurant, there will be a pre-theatre menu on offer from Sunday through to Thursday, serving favorites from the menu for €25.95 for two courses and €29.95 for three courses. If you’re looking to stop by for a drink and a quick bite, there is space at the bar and at the pizza counter.

Mackenzie’s brings a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere to Hanover Quay and will be open daily from 12pm – 10pm for lunch through to dinner and from 10am – 4pm for brunch on the weekends, with dinner until 10pm.
