Liwu Jewellery founder and designer Áine Breen, like many of us, has been influenced both by her travels and her native home of Ireland. Inspired by ancient symbolism, her brand fuses traditional Celtic symbols and Chinese calligraphy with modern, understated designs.
Each piece is crafted with thoughtfulness and kindness in mind, in Ireland. The brand has three main aims, 1. To provide the perfect meaningful gift, 2. To wear subtle meanings or 3. To honor one’s heritage.
Liwu also had the distinction of being included in the gift bags to the stars at the 2018 Oscars.

These small drop earrings are the perfect stylish and meaningful gift. The earrings include a meaning card in the box to explain the meaning behind the ancient Celtic spirals. The single spiral represents the summer sun radiating energy outwards towards the Earth.
Crafted out of beautiful sterling silver, the earrings measure 0.4inch/1cm and 0.05inch/1.2mm thick. They are designed and made in Ireland, and hallmarked by the Assay Office in Dublin.
