Celtic Woman's "Nollaig - A Christmas Journey" wraps classic carols and original Irish compositions in lush arrangements by Golden Globe-nominated composer Brian Byrne. New members of Celtic Woman, Caitríona Sherlock and Ciara Ní Mhurcú, join sopranos Mairéad Carlin and Muirgen O’Mahony as the group brings the album to life on the Symphony Christmas Tour from December 2 to 22, 2025.

Encompassing tradition and newness, and capturing the spirit of Christmas in its most delicate form, Celtic Woman's new album "Nollaig - A Christmas Journey" is a window into a winter’s evening; some familiar, some re-imagined, all wrapped in a feeling of joy.

Celtic Woman’s brand-new album features some of your favourite yuletide classics, including "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen", "Little Drummer Boy," "Silver Bells," "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas," and more, along with brand-new composition "Nollaig na mBan" and some Irish songs with a Christmassy twist.

Celtic Woman is the most successful all-female group in Irish history, with a legacy of 12 Billboard number ones, over 10 million album sales, and three billion online streams to date. In 2024, Celtic Woman celebrated an incredible 20 years.

The word Nollaig is the Irish word for "Christmas." It is also the name of the month of December and a forename given to many people born in December. For Celtic Woman, the word Nollaig epitomises the spirit of the entire Christmas season.

Newest members Caitríona Sherlock and Ciara Ní Mhurcú make their Celtic Woman debut on "Nollaig - A Christmas Journey." Sean-Nós singer Caitríona and fiddle player Ciara join sopranos Mairéad Carlin and Muirgen O’Mahony, along with fiddle player Tara McNeill, on this 13-track studio album produced and arranged by Golden Globe-nominated composer Brian Byrne.

Drawing on the rich heritage of Irish female musical talent, "Nollaig - A Christmas Journey" also features a guest appearance by sean-nós singer Sibéal on three songs. Also, award-winning multi-instrumentalist Tara Howley joins the Celtic Woman band, playing uilleann pipes and whistles.

Celtic Woman will be taking their new album on tour across the United States this December (2nd to 22nd). Demand for Celtic Woman’s Symphony Christmas tour tickets is expected to be high, with dates including cities in Utah, Colorado, Kansas, Texas, Buffalo, New York, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Virginia, Massachusetts, Maryland, Georgia, and South Carolina.
