Brian Kelly spelled it out this week: tempo was the theme of his first year, but disposition is his focus in season two.

'Most of our scripting has been focused on running the football, play-action, and then defending the run,' Kelly tad the Chicago Tribune.

'We've called it building a toughness with our football team this week. We know we can play fast, we know we can spread it out and do those things. Now we want our guys focused on toughness as a football team.'
