Paul O'Connell will lead the British & Irish Lions for the third time on tour against the Sharks in Durban on Wednesday.

The team sees four players who played against the Cheetahs once again included for the fourth match of the tour while five players will don the famous red jersey for the third time in South Africa; Paul O'Connell, Lee Byrne, Shane Williams, Jamie Roberts and David Wallace.

It will be the first occasion O'Connell and fellow Irishman Brian O'Driscoll, who led the side against the Golden Lions, will take to the field together.

Commenting on the team selection Head Coach Ian McGeechan said, "I am delighted that as we head into the fourth match we only have one player who is unavailable for selection.

"The players and the medical staff have managed the injuries that have been sustained in a very professional manner. This is crucial as we enter matches against two of South Africa's strongest provinces in the Sharks and Western Province in the space of four days."

England's Riki Flutey, meanwhile, has made a rapid recovery from a shoulder injury to take his place amongst the replacements and will provide cover for both the centers and O’Gara, who returns at ten at the expense of James Hook.
