Aidan O'Brien, Ireland's top trainer, pulled off an incredible one two three in the Irish Derby at the Curragh.

O'Brien's Treasure Beach defeated two stablemates with the Queen's horse, Carlton House back in fourth place.

The win gave O'Brien his ninth Irish Derby which places him as the all time leading trainer in the classic.

His son Joseph O'Brien rode the third horse home Memphis, Tennessee, who had led all the way until inside the final furlong when the winner ridden by Colm O'Donoghue and the second horse, Seville, passed him.
