The Grotto at Lourdes
Marian Pilgrimages has been specializing in sending groups to religious shrines for over 20 years and will embark on one such trip to Knock & Lourdes from September 14-22.

Departing Boston on Saturday Sept 14th, the tour will first travel to Knock for two nights which includes a visit to the Basilica and the old parish church where Our Blessed Lady appeared in 1879. The tour will also visit Ballintuber to see the church founded by St. Patrick in 441 AD.

The pilgrimage will then travel to Lourdes on Tuesday 17th for three nights where there will be mass at the grotto, Blessed Sacrament procession and blessing of the sick. International mass at the underground basilica takes place on the Thursday, followed by visits to places associated with St. Bernadette Soubirous.

On the Saturday, there will be a full day of sightseeing on a tour of Dublin including visits to O’Connell Street, Trinity College, Parliament Buildings, Dublin Castle, Christchurch and St. Patricks Cathedrals, Guinness’ Brewery, Kilmainham Jail and Phoenix Park. The afternoon and evening are then free for everyone to enjoy before returning to Boston on the Sunday.
