Well life is just not fair - Gabriel Byrne missed out on an Emmy tonight as Bryan Cranston won for 'Breaking Bad.'

It was the second Emmy for Cranston who said he felt like 'Cindafella' among the nominees.

Byrne, as ever, was gracious in defeat.

But c'mon guys, will someone please recognize Gabriel for his wonderful work on 'In Treatment.'
