London born, Robert Pattinson is keeping his fingers crossed for an invite to the William and Kate’s big day on April 29.
Soon after the couple announced their Royal engagement, rumors spread through the internet like wildfire that the “Twilight” star was a contender for best man. However it soon became clear that there was no truth to the gossip reports.
However an inside source has said that Robert is keen to attend the Royal event.
“Robert has a really busy filming schedule over the coming months, but he hopes to make a trip home in April for the Royal Wedding,” the source said.
“He hasn’t been officially invited yet, but he would love to attend what is going to be an important event in British history,” they added.
More details about the big day have been surfacing through the British Monarchy’s official Facebook and Twitter pages.
"Miss Middleton will travel to the wedding service at Westminster Abbey by car along a route that will include The Mall, Horse Guards Parade, Whitehall and Parliament Square.
"The wedding service will begin at 11am. The Dean of Westminster will conduct the service, the Archbishop of Canterbury will marry Prince William and Miss Middleton, and the Bishop of London will give the address," according to the social networking sites.
The April wedding will prove to be a momentous occasion, for once the paps won’t be snapping Robert but focused on the William and Kate!
